Ingef\u00e4ra<br \/>\n2 tsk. Kanel<br \/>\n5 st. Bananer (mellanstorlek blir bra), g\u00e4rna \u00f6vermogna<br \/>\n1\/2 dl. Kaffe (tillrett), kallt<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Sm\u00f6rj och ev. br\u00f6a en h\u00e5lform, ca 1\u00bd liter.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r matfett (rumsvarmt) och socker por\u00f6st. Tills\u00e4tt ett \u00e4gg i taget.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda mj\u00f6let, bakpulvret, bikarbonat, ingef\u00e4ran och kanelen.<\/li>\n<li>Mosa bananerna, tills\u00e4tt dem och det kalla kaffet.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda kakan i nedre delen av ugnen ca 1 timme. L\u00e5t kakan kallna.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tips!<\/strong><br \/>\nHar jag inte kallt kaffe st\u00e5ende brukar jag v\u00e4rma vatten i vattenkokaren och blanda till en liiite starkare kopp kaffe med snabbkaffe. Ibland kyler jag ner det hela men ibland har jag r\u00f6rt i det varma kaffet i smeten, dock inte sk\u00e5llhett kaffe.
